  2. Take the oil in the pot. When the heat is five, the ginger and garlic, the pepper and the green pepper are fried. After the scent, add the bean paste, soy sauce, salt and a small amount of soy sauce and sugar. Stir fry evenly

  3. Pour in the chopped cold powder, stir fry evenly and put a proper amount of water in the pan. Just no cold powder. After the fire is boiled, turn to a small fire, cover the lid and slowly simmer.

  4. When the taste is almost the same, the fire will be collected, and the water starch will be stir-fried evenly.

  5. Sprinkle with chopped green onion and sesame seeds to serve.

Tips:

When I made the jelly, my head cramps actually poured the pea powder, which caused the jelly to be old, so the time of simmering was a bit long. Later, I worried that the jelly was too old to taste bad. I used the water starch to thicken it. It’s just that you can’t enter the taste, at least you can use the way of wrapping the juice to make you taste~~~吼吼~~~
