Divided into four equal parts
It is rounded and fermented in the middle for 25 minutes until the dough grows significantly.
It is about 20 cm long and 4 mm thick oval. Transfer to oil paper, cover with cotton cloth and ferment for 10 minutes.
While the dough is being fermented, preheat the oven at 230 ° C, and the baking tray is also put together to preheat.
Transfer the dough to the baking sheet together with the oil paper, and bake the middle layer of the oven for about 5 minutes. About 2 minutes or so, the dough will begin to swell and bulge.

Medium-gluten flour and high-gluten flour can be used to make this bread. The taste of medium-gluten flour is softer. The taste of high-gluten flour is more chewy. If high-gluten flour is used, the dosage of this formula needs to be increased by 5g.
