The chicken is rinsed with water (chicken is bought at the market, processed) and marinated with sea salt and black pepper for 20 minutes.
When you are about to marinate, apply oil to the cast iron pan, slightly open the pan, and spread the onion and ginger. Put the chicken in, put the pepper, and boil the fire.
After boiling, simmer for 15 minutes. Open the pot once in the middle, put two pieces of lemon (can be put or not).
Turn off the shabu-shabu, pour the soy sauce, put the garlic into the oil and saute it, and pour the garlic on it. Start the pot!
