Pour the celery, yuba and white fungus into the bowl, add the pepper oil, salt, a little sugar and sesame oil, mix well.
Pepper oil can be used to taste the cold vegetables. Before adding the pepper, the oil should not be overheated, otherwise the pepper will be fried and bitter. If the pepper oil can be prepared in advance, it will be more suitable after being used for a while.
