Lettuce is one of the most common home-cooked vegetables. It has a bright green color and a crisp taste. The stems can be eaten raw, cold, and fried.
Lettuce goes to the old skin and shreds. Cook a pot of water, roll the water and place it in the lettuce for 20 seconds. Remove the cold water or ice water after the fish is removed. Drain the water after cooling. Put in a clean bowl, add salt, sugar and white vinegar, sesame oil to taste.
It can be decorated with black sesame seeds and green onions.
Don't over-burn the lettuce, and then pass the cold water and ice water immediately after the scalding, in order to keep crisp.
