  3. If you are afraid that the pressure cooker can be cooked in a slow cooker for 6-8 hours, the water should be covered with condensed milk.

  4. After cooking, wait until the cans are completely cool before opening!!

Tips:

I cooked for 40 minutes. The color is like that on the picture. You can adjust the time according to your preferences. Note that the water must be covered with condensed milk during the cooking process! ! Otherwise, condensed milk may explode because of uneven heat.
