Put all the materials except the butter in the chef's bucket (or the breadmaker) (by the bottom liquid, then the salt, sugar, the middle layer, and finally the yeast), and open the kneading procedure. After the dough has been smoothed, add the softened butter to the spread (there is no problem in the whole stage.) Smooth the dough and round it.
Cover with plastic wrap or wet towel and ferment in a warm place to 2-2.5 times larger.
The fermented dough was taken out, and the exhaust gas was pressed by hand, and then divided into 35 equal portions; rounded, covered with a plastic wrap, and allowed to relax for 15 minutes.
Kneading 35 small dough into round slices;
Stacked in groups of 5,
Roll up from the bottom up;
Use a sharp knife to cut the rolled dough in the middle and divide it into two petals.
Cut the petals of the petals, the knife edge is arranged neatly and placed into an eight-inch cake mold;
Fermented to twice the size in an environment of 35 degrees and 85% humidity.
In a preheated oven, I used a UKOEO high-bike oven and baked at 130 degrees for 35 minutes. (Ordinary oven is baked at 160 degrees for 35 minutes); after baking for 10 minutes, the surface is covered with tin foil to prevent the surface from being too dark, and the color of the rose is not beautiful!
