Tips:

When washing the pig intestines, be sure to tear off the white fat, which is the source of the pig's intestinal odor. When using raw meal and salt, be sure to use force to reach the sides without slipping. Soaking the sauerkraut for an hour can remove some of the sour and salty taste. Pig intestines are soaked in vinegar to better remove odors. Blow up the pig's intestines, and after the final fry, the pig's intestines are crisp!
