Carrots are peeled and cut into thin strips (5 cm long, 3 mm wide). (But actually I just cut the filaments and haha~)
The red pepper is soaked in the water and cut into small pieces.
Stir in the hot pot and fry the carrot until it is soft and slightly transparent. Add the lid and cook for 2~3 minutes.
Finally add sugar, soy sauce, red pepper, and open the medium to fry the water.
This dish can be stored in the refrigerator for a few days and is called a standing dish.
