  1. A piece of northern tofu is cut into 16--20 pieces of thick and long square pieces, and the seaweed is cut into strips of 1/3 of the length of the tofu pieces.

  3. Wrapped seaweed tofu with a little dry starch

  4. Heat the oil in a pot, add the seaweed tofu and sauté until the surface is slightly yellow.

  5. Pour in 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tbsp of white sugar, 1 tsp of ginger and mix it with a small sauce.

Tips:
