1 Tofu cut small squares, add some salt to the cold water pot, pick up after boiling
2 Mushrooms are washed, sliced, and rinsed
3 Heat the oil in a hot pot, pour in the mushroom slices and stir-fry. Add the appropriate amount of water to the black fungus and tofu. Add in the soy sauce, salt and pepper. Gently simmer, sprinkle with chopped green onion, and serve in a pan.
