Peach-flavored beverage is heated for 40 seconds, added sugar and stirred evenly
The gelatin tablets are softened and wringed out

Add a soft gelatin tablet and stir until it melts.
The cream is sent to six points, and the egg milk is added and stirred evenly.
Add the peach puree and mix well. The mousse paste is finished.
Press a piece of sponge cake with a six inch (15cm) mousse ring
Pour in a portion of the mousse paste and chill for 30 minutes.
Place the refrigerated peach jelly on the mousse.

Leave a little mousse paste to tint with pink pigment, pour in the refrigerated mousse, and refrigerate for three hours.
Use a spoon to dig out the peach flesh and decorate the mint leaves.
