  1. First make a muffin shell. The oven is preheated to 190 degrees. Cut the pumpkin into small pieces, cook or steam, remove and grind it into a puree, add a little salt and black pepper, mix well, and then knead them into small balls about 3 cm in diameter.

  2. Put the pumpkin mud ball (Step == This name is too bad) in Step 1 and put it into the Muffin mold. Press slowly with your hand and let the pumpkin mud cling to the inner wall of the mold to form a small cup. Put in the oven for about 30 minutes.

  3. After taking out step 2, first spread a layer of ham inside. Then sprinkle with chopped green onion. Pour in the eggs with salt and black pepper. Put it back in the oven and bake it for about 20 minutes until the eggs are solidified.

Tips:

1. If you don't like to eat pumpkin, the shell can be made with sweet potatoes and potatoes. 2. Each oven has a different temper. As long as the shell is baked, it can be picked up at will and will not fall apart. 3. Fillings are free to play~~~ Add some cheese! ! ! 4. It takes time and a while to do the whole process. My suggestion is that the shell can be made in one batch, such as six. After the first roasting, put it in the refrigerator and store it in a box with a kitchen paper. Take it out when you want to eat it and fill it with the stuffing.
