Flour with a small amount of salt and a proper amount of water to form a dough, moderate hardness (similar to dumpling skin).
After the dough is finished, cover the plastic wrap and let it stand. Start processing pumpkins during this time.
Slice the pumpkin, pour the oil into the pot and sauté the garlic. Add the pumpkin slices and stir fry in medium and small heat. This step takes a long time until the pumpkin starts to sand. Pour in the right amount of water and cook.
After the water is opened, the dough is kneaded into a strip, cut into a dough piece by a knife, and cooked in a pan.
Pumpkin into a paste (can be crushed with a spatula to help paste) and the noodles cooked, add a little salt to taste, sprinkle with green onion, out of the pot.
