In order to have more variety of fitness meals, I entered the oven and made West Point for the first time. I don’t know how to do it.
Sifting flour; salt and sugar melt with a little warm water
Mix all ingredients except oil into a dough
Fermenting for about half an hour, the oil is kneaded and fermented for another hour.
After the fermentation is completed, the dough is exhausted and then placed in the mold.
After the oven is preheated at 170 degrees, the dough mold is heated up and down in the oven for 35 minutes.
After baking, take out the oven and pour it out quickly.
The finished product has a crunchy surface and a soft inner lining. The palate is not so delicious, but it is a purely coarse grain, no-additive flavor-adjusting fitness staple.
