Very simple next meal
Sauerkraut crushed and washed several times with running water, squeezed out and drained
Slice the beef and place it in a spoonful of peanut oil for 20 minutes.
Ginger cut out 5 large pieces and cut them into silk.
After 20 minutes, add 2 teaspoons of starch, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon rice wine, ginger and marinate for 20 minutes. Add some water (about 20 ml) from time to time and grab it by hand.
Take a bowl and pour 2 tablespoons of oil, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon sugar, a little salt (I am more heavy), 1/4 teaspoon of chicken powder and 500ml of water to make a sauce.
Put 2 tablespoons of oil in the hot pot and then fry the beef
Instead of washing the pan, pour a little oil from the minced beef into the pan and pour the sauerkraut into the sauté. Then pour the sauce into the simmer and cook until the 2/3 sauce is left. Stir fry evenly, the fire is slightly juiced
Finally, use 3 teaspoons of starch + small half bowl of water to adjust the starch water thickening
