The marinated sauce is very simple. Chicken, soy sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, tomato sauce, pepper, sugar, allspice, minced garlic, onion and other ingredients can be mixed well (because I cook like traditional Chinese) Most of them feel by hand, so please forgive me for not writing the amount of each material in detail.)
Spread the meat with a sauce and place in the refrigerator for one night. In the meantime, remember to let the flesh turn 1-2 times, so that the taste is more uniform.
Remove the marinated meat pieces the next day and preheat the oven to 200 degrees. (In order to make the meat taste crisper, I only used a tin foil to fold a small box, not covered)
Put the meat in the baking for 20 minutes, then brush the sauce, honey water, turn over, and the oven temperature will rise to 220 degrees and bake for 10 minutes.
