I use chili sauce every year. There are many uses for chili sauce. You can cook, add steamed bread, and bibimbap. Friends who like to eat chili can do it with me. It’s really delicious.
Fresh red peppers are washed and dried (because I am afraid of spicy, so I chose sweet peppers are not spicy, sweet peppers can be matched with Chaotian pepper to make chili sauce ratio 5:1).
Cut the peppers in small pieces (make the peppers and cut the peppers with gloves)
Chop the peppers with a chopper.
Beef Onion Ginger Garlic minced, peanuts, melon seeds, fried sesame seeds, walnuts chopped.
Prepare all the ingredients.
Pour 2 tablespoons of oil into the pan and stir fry the beef into the pan. (If you like to eat spicy food, you can first fry the pepper, fry the pepper and fry the beef.)
Simmer the onion ginger and garlic on a small fire.
After the onion ginger and garlic are sautéed, pour in the pepper and stir fry.
This is the color after fifteen minutes of cooking. (I want to stir-fry the chili sauce. The chili sauce is especially oil-absorbing. In the process of frying, less oil should be added in time. I also added five times in the process of frying.)
Stir fry until the color is yellow and put in two spoonfuls of June fragrant bean paste. (You can also put dried yellow sauce)
After frying for five minutes, put in half a bottle of Laoganma Douban Sauce, thirteen fragrant salt, MSG, and pour a little cooking wine (cooking wine can make chili sauce store longer).
Stir in the bean paste and pour in the ground beef to continue frying.
Pour peanuts, walnuts, melon seeds, sesame seeds and stir fry.
This is the color of the ingredients (meat minced peanuts, sesame seeds, melon seeds, walnuts), stir-fried for 20 minutes (the fried chili sauce takes a long time, I spent more than an hour).
So the chili sauce is fried. The cooked chili sauce is packed in a clean jar and stored in a cool place for a winter. (Tips: Be sure to cover the top of the chili sauce with a layer of oil, so that the chili sauce will not be bad for a long time, and it will not be long.)
