Since the jam needs to be preserved for a long time, the bottle containing the jam must be sterilized. The general prescription will ask the glass bottle to be boiled in boiling water and then dried. I think the shortcoming of this method is that it takes a long time to dry and dry. It is easy to secondary pollution in the process. Here is my method:
Prepare a glass bottle that can be sealed, washed with warm or cold water, without drying.
Oven rack grilled net, grilled net under a baking tray to receive water, the bottle is buckled on the grilling net, as shown.
The oven does not need to be preheated, the bottle is opened in the oven, the temperature is adjusted to 100-120 degrees, and the temperature is reached for another 5-10 minutes.
The original residual water in the bottle also evaporated, and the bottle was also sterilized, as shown in the figure.
The bottle is very hot, wear insulated gloves and take it out carefully. Just put the jam on it.
