The method of squeezing the meatballs was learned by me and my elders at home. It is really not an easy task to be able to make a full, flexible, round-shaped ball.

  1. Peel melon, cut into 3mm thick slices

  2. Pour sesame oil into the minced meat and whipped until it is strong.

  3. Add soy sauce, cooking wine, diced green onion, ginger, starch, egg white and a pinch of salt, and the meat is adjusted.

  4. Heat a little oil in the pot, and sauté the green onion and ginger.

  5. Continue to add soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, chicken, salt and water, and boil over high heat.

  6. Before the soup in the pot is about to boil, squeeze the meatballs in the mouth of the hand and cook in the pot.

  7. When the meatballs are cooked to 8 maturity, the winter melon slices are taken. After cooking, turn off the heat and add a few drops of sesame oil.
