Stir the egg whites with the egg beater for 10 seconds, then add all the sugar to continue to stir until foaming, then pour one-third of the egg liquid into the egg yolk, stir with a spoon, and then pour the rest Stir well, and finally put it on the baking tray to put oil on it, and finally sprinkle with the right amount of sesame seeds.
Preheat the oven at 160 degrees and preheat it for 5 minutes. Then put the baking tray in, and bake for 40 minutes at 150 degrees!
Bake it and pour it out to dry it.
