Soften the yuba, slice the meat, cut the onion, and cut the ginger.
Put two bowls of water or broth in the casserole; another method is to put the fried meat into the stew for ten minutes before adding the yuba to the same cooking.
Put more oil in the pot than usual, stir the onion and ginger, add the meat, add soy sauce, allspice, pepper and chili powder.
Then put the yuba into the stir fry until evenly colored, pour these into the casserole, do not cover the lid, add the seasoning after the fire is boiled, then change the small fire and cover the stew.
After about 20 minutes, the yuba can be softened and sprinkled with chopped green onion.
